Three services,
one standard of care

Each service is matched to a different kind of watch and a different kind of need. All are carried out in our own workshop on Phra Athit Road.

Our Methodology

How we approach every service

Assess First

Every watch is examined before any cost is incurred. We record the condition, identify what is needed, and write an estimate for your approval.

Work Carefully

All work is done in-house by our own technicians. Tools, lubricants, and parts are selected for the specific movement, not for convenience.

Test and Document

Before handover, every service is checked against its intended outcome. The results and a summary of the work done are documented and handed to the client.

Quartz watch battery and seal service

Service 01

Battery & Seal Renewal

฿4,300  ·  A few days turnaround

Considerate care for quartz pieces that need a new battery and a seal review. We replace the cell, clean the contacts, renew gaskets where required, and check that the case closes properly. Where the watch carries a water resistance rating, we confirm it before returning the watch.

This is a straightforward but easily overlooked service. An ageing battery can leak and damage movement components; a dried gasket that goes unreplaced can allow moisture to enter. Attending to these things at the right time keeps a quartz watch reliable for years longer.

What is included

  • New cell from a reputable manufacturer
  • Contact cleaning and inspection
  • Gasket renewal where required or worn
  • Case closure check and water resistance confirmation where rated
  • Written service note at collection

Steps

  1. 01 Watch photographed and logged on arrival
  2. 02 Case opened, existing cell and contacts assessed
  3. 03 New cell fitted, contacts cleaned
  4. 04 Gaskets inspected and renewed where needed
  5. 05 Case sealed and water resistance confirmed where applicable
  6. 06 Watch returned with written service note

Best for: Everyday quartz watches that have stopped or whose battery is due for replacement. Also suitable for watches that have not been worn in several years and may have a depleted or leaking cell.

Service 02

Service & Timing Adjustment

฿9,500  ·  Two to three weeks

A balanced service for mechanical watches that have drifted from accurate timekeeping. A mechanical movement has many small parts working in continuous contact with one another. Over time, lubricants dry and break down, friction increases, and accuracy suffers. A service restores the movement to the condition it needs to run well.

We disassemble the movement, clean every component ultrasonically, inspect each part for wear, re-oil with the appropriate lubricants for the grade and temperature of each surface, and then regulate the balance wheel across positions using a timing machine.

What is included

  • Full movement disassembly and ultrasonic cleaning
  • Inspection of balance, escapement, and mainspring
  • Lubrication with movement-appropriate oils and greases
  • Regulation across multiple positions on timing machine
  • Crown and crystal seals renewed as needed
  • Timing results and written service summary at collection

Steps

  1. 01 Assessment and written estimate for client approval
  2. 02 Movement removed from case and disassembled
  3. 03 Ultrasonic clean of all components
  4. 04 Reassembly with fresh lubricants
  5. 05 Timing machine regulation across dial-up, dial-down, crown-left, crown-right positions
  6. 06 Case resealed; water resistance confirmed where rated
  7. 07 Watch returned with timing results and service notes

Best for: Mechanical watches — automatic or manual-wind — that are running slow, fast, or inconsistently. Suitable for watches worn regularly and due for periodic service (typically every five to seven years) or watches newly acquired secondhand.

Service 03

Antique Watch Restoration

฿14,100  ·  Six to nine weeks

A patient restoration for antique and early mechanical watches that ask for specialist care. These pieces require a different approach than a modern service: the methods must respect the age of the movement, the materials used in its construction, and the limitations of parts availability.

Before opening an antique watch, we research the movement's origin, era, and known characteristics. Where possible, we use period-appropriate methods and lubricants suited to older alloys. We discuss the preservation choices openly with the client — what to conserve as-is, what to address, and what to leave alone. The original spirit of the piece is always what guides us.

What is included

  • Pre-restoration research and period documentation
  • Movement overhaul with period-appropriate methods
  • Case and dial conservation — removing dirt and corrosion without losing patina
  • Open client consultation on all major decisions
  • Detailed restoration report at completion

Steps

  1. 01 Intake, photography, and condition assessment
  2. 02 Research — movement history, production period, known issues
  3. 03 Written estimate and client discussion before any work begins
  4. 04 Careful disassembly and component assessment
  5. 05 Movement overhaul; case and dial conservation
  6. 06 Client update at key stages, especially if something unexpected surfaces
  7. 07 Final testing, documentation, and handover with full restoration report

Best for: Antique pocket watches, early wristwatches, or mechanical heirlooms that have not run in many years. Also suited to collector pieces where the provenance and original condition need to be respected throughout the process.

Workshop Standards

Practices that apply across all services

Photographic Intake Record

Each watch is photographed from multiple angles on arrival. This record is kept on file and shared with the client on request.

No Subcontracting

All work is performed in our own workshop. Your watch does not leave our premises and is not passed to external parties for any part of the service.

Quality Lubricants

We use watch-grade lubricants from established manufacturers. The correct oil and grease are selected for each surface — a detail that directly affects long-term performance.

Written Estimate Before Work

No work begins without a written, agreed estimate. Additional costs discovered during service are communicated before proceeding.

Climate-Controlled Storage

Watches in our care are stored in a climate-controlled, locked cabinet. Temperature and humidity are managed to protect components during the service period.

Service Summary at Handover

Every client receives a written summary of the work completed, parts replaced, and any observations — so there is a clear record to refer to in future.

Pricing

Clear, fixed service pricing

Prices below cover the standard scope of each service. Any additional parts or work discovered during assessment will be quoted separately and agreed before proceeding.
